Kimberly Marie “Kim” Walker (née Simon), 66, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away on January 3, 2026. She was born February 17, 1959, to the late Anthony and Coraline Simon and grew up in St. Clair Shores, Michigan.
Kim was truly one of a kind. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother who put her family first in everything she did.
A homebody at heart, yet she had a special way of building meaningful friendships and making others feel cared for. She regularly thought of others and found little ways to show gestures of love. With the biggest heart and a generous spirit, Kim found her greatest joy in caring for others and creating a warm, welcoming home.
She was known for her signature hair, her sense of style, and for always knowing the latest and best music. She cherished the adventures she shared with those she loved most, especially her husband, which brought her joy, laughter, and lasting memories.
Kim will be remembered for her love, her warmth, and the steady way she showed up for the people in her life. She leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue to live on through her family and friends, and she will be missed greatly.
She is survived by her beloved husband, James “Keith” Walker II; children, Sam Walker and Carly Walker; her older brother, Steve Simon; her cherished granddog, Tulip; and many friends who loved her dearly.
Celebration of Life is 12:30 - 4:30 PM, February 15, 2026 at the Delta Hotel, 37529 Grand River Ave, Farmington Hills, Mich.
