Kristine Sue Zuber

Kristine “Kris” Zuber, 69, of Fort Wayne, passed away peacefully at Stillwater Hospice on June 21st, 2025, with her sisters by her side. Born in Defiance, Ohio on April 23rd, 1956, she was the daughter of the late John and Lenore Armbrust. She was a nurse and a compassionate caregiver. Kris loved to spend time sewing and quilting. She made over 100 quilts for charities. She loved all things that involved moose or bears, trips to Alaska, and the beach. She was a member of Colony Heights Church of Christ and helped organize their craft bazaars for many years. What was most important to her was spending time with her family.

Kris is survived and will forever be missed by her sisters Kathy Davis and Jane (Larry) Bolden. Niece Holly Coulter (Todd); Nephew Jeff Turner (Kelly); Three Great Nephews Zach and Josh Rutland and Talan Turner; One Great Niece Lily Turner. She also is survived by her loving dog, Bently, who never left her side.

She was also preceded in death by her beloved husband Keith Zuber and Brother-in-law Don Davis.
