Kurt Joseph Smith, 76, of Fort Wayne, IN, passed away on November 21, 2024 after a brief illness.
Kurt was born on April 6, 1948 to Doris Smith Seybold and Lee Smith Jr. in Ohio. Kurt went on to study CAD/CAM drafting at Ivy Technical College and acquired an Associate’s degree in drafting. Kurt was married to Cheryl (nee Willig). Kurt and Cheryl went on to have four children: Shane, Rhianna, and twins Holly and Carly.
Around 1999, Kurt retired and spent his time doing graphics on the computer and gardening.
Kurt was preceded in death by his mother and father; and ex-wife, Cheryl. He is survived by his step-father, Larry; two brothers, Lee and Doug; sister, Niki; his four children; and several grandchildren.
