Larry Joe Milligan, 74 of Anderson, Indiana, passed on Friday, April 14, 2023, at his sister’s home with family near his side. He was born April 14, 1949, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to the late Robert A. and Margaret Lucille Milligan.
He was an avid Chicago Cubs and Fort Wayne Komets fan. Larry enjoyed swimming and living at Crooked Lake. He worked at the American Red Cross in Steuben County for many years.
Larry is survived by his sister Bonnie (Larry) Smith, Anderson; brother, Tom (Cheryl) Milligan, Ft. Wayne; nieces, Shelley (Thad) Ailes, Carmel, Sherry (Brett) Carlton, Noblesville, and Erin (Michael) Hess, Westfield and a nephew, Brad (Karin) Milligan, Phoenix, Az; great-nieces and nephews, Ashley & Amanda Ailes, Vince & Blake Dawson, Dexter & Sophia Sheets, Sean, Evan, Bryn and Ryan Hess and Connor & Carter Milligan. He was also preceded in death by a niece, Shelia Smith.
Services is 11:00AM, Thursday, April 20, 2023, at D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Home – Covington Knolls, 8325 Covington Rd., Fort Wayne, IN 46804 with visitation one hour prior to service. Burial in St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery.
