Larry Warner Wickliffe, 79, of Harlan, passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at Betz Nursing Home, Auburn. Born on December 3, 1937, in Fort Wayne, he was the only son of the late Orville and Mary “Bernadette” (Adams) Wickliffe. A graduate of Central High School, Fort Wayne, Larry also proudly served in the United States Air Force for over 12 years. He was the owner of All Precision Automotive and a mechanic for over 50 years, from which he retired in 2003. Larry’s passion was he outdoors and he enjoyed bird-hunting, fishing, golfing, and woodworking. He was married for over 46 years to the late Sharon (Tuttle) Wickliffe whom was the love of his life and the one in which they shared such an inseparable bond. He is survived by his daughter, Lisa (John) Zachary of Stockton, Calif; son, Larry (Debbie) Wickliffe of Leo; nine grandchildren, Amy (Brian) Pettit, Alicia (Greg) Keller, Melissa (Jason) Collins, Nicole Wickliffe, Patti (Rome) Cosme, Cindi-Jo Preston, Kristi-Jo (Brendan) Karch, Bryan (Christina) Adams, and Shane Adams; and 19 great-grandchildren.
