Leacy “Bernice” (Brown) Moore, 74, of Fort Wayne, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at Parkview Hospital Randallia, Fort Wayne. She was born in Speedwell, TN, to the late Hubert and Viola (Thomas) Brown. Bernice married Lester G. Moore Sr., and he preceded her in death in 1999. She retired from Wal-Mart as a door greeter. Bernice loved spending time in her garden. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed. Surviving are her children, Tammy Nickolson and James (Kathleen) Moore; significant other, Jack McKee; 14 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren. Bernice was also preceded in death by her son, Lester G. Moore Jr.; and great-granddaughter, Aalyiha Nickolson. Funeral Service is 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at Advantage-Mungovan, 2114 S. Calhoun Street, Fort Wayne, with calling two hours prior.
