Lewis Richard Evans III, 85 passed away on Monday, June 26, 2023. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on March 13, 1938, he was a son of the late Lewis and Artis (Harnischffeger) Evans II. He is survived by his sons, Daniel (Deb) Evans, Butch, Ricky, Bobby and David Green; 14 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and brothers, David and Charles Evans. Lewis was also preceded in passing by his wife, Sue Evans; daughters, Lisa Duncan, Cindy and Connie Green; sister, Virginia Graham; and Gary Evans. There will be no services at this time. Contributions in Lewis's memory may be made to American Cancer Society.
