Linda Diane Gallmeyer

Linda Diane Gallmeyer, 75, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at Dupont Hospital. She was born June 18, 1946 in Fort Wayne, daughter to the late Ernst and Betty (Lehman) Springer. Linda was a graduate of Ossian High School and a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church. She was a former owner of Vantage Video, had worked at Lincoln Bank, HWI, and retired in 2020 from Lutheran hospital. Surviving are her daughters, Brenda Saalfrank of Fort Wayne, Melanie ( Robert) Messmer of Fort Wayne, and Paula Pendergrass of Hamilton, IN; eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren; siblings, Thomas (Sue) Springer of Tampa, FL, Timothy (Pat) Springer, Terry (Donna) Springer, Carol Wilenski, and Duane (Karen) Springer, all of Fort Wayne. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Colton Messmer. A memorial service will be on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at 11:00 AM at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 16933 Thiele Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46819 with gathering and visitation one hour prior. Visitation for Linda will also be held Tuesday, January 4, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46809.
