Lois Ann Miller, 74, passed away July 5, 2025, at her home in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born on February 13, 1951, in St. Marys, Ohio, the daughter of the late Robert and Anna Marie McDonald. Lois graduated from Belmont High School in Decatur, IN, on May 3, 1969.
She worked at Lutheran Hospital for 18 years and oversaw the health information systems / medical records. Lois later joined Parkview Hospital and became the Site Supervisor of medical records and retired after 19 years.
Her hobbies were cross-stitching, knitting and gardening, but her true passion was her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas Miller; sons, Jon (Michelle) Miller of Fort Wayne, IN, and Matt (Jennifer) Miller of Brownsburg, IN; sisters, Kay Ellen Warner of Auburn, IN, Julia (Dean) Smith of Monroeville, IN, and Kathy (Dave) Meyer of Yoder, IN; grandchildren, Noah Miller, Elijah Miller, Ahna Miller and Lynsey Race.
The funeral service will be 1:30 pm. on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at D.O. McComb and Sons Funeral Homes - Covington Knolls, 8325 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, IN, with visitation two hours prior. Committal and Burial at Greenlawn Memorial Cemetery.
