LUELLA G. MILLER, 76, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Friday, July 27, 2012, at Coventry Meadows. Born on Aug. 7, 1935, in Fort Wayne, she was a daughter of the late Urban and Loretta (Till) Sorg. She was employeed by Fort Wayne Community Schools as a bus driver for 29 years, retiring in 1997. She also worked for many years at McDonalds in Waynedale. She was a member of St. Joseph Hessen Cassel Catholic Church and American Legion Auxillary Post 241. Surviving are three daughters, Bonnie (Ted) Groosbeck of Angola, Rita (Olin) Roberts of Ossian and Carol (Jim) Salway of New Haven; three sons, Paul "Jake" (Leslie) Miller, Tom (Laurie) Miller, both of Fort Wayne, Randy "Spook " Miller of Leo; 15 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren; three sisters, Viola Beard and Clara "Midge" Miller, both of Fort Wayne and Marie (John) Spieth of Hoagland; and two brothers, Henry (Phyllis) Sorg and Robert (Irene) Sorg, both of Fort Wayne. She was also preceded in death by husband, Paul "Speed" Miller; infant son, James; two brothers, Dale and Carl Sorg; and long time companion, Bill Hullinger. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph - Hessen Cassel Catholic Church, 11337 Old US Hwy 27, with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday at Klaehn,Fahl & Melton Funeral Home, Winchester Road Chapel, 6424 Winchester Road, with Rosary service at 3 p.m. Burial in the church cemetery.
