Luz Adriana Lopez

Nació el 7 de agosto de 1971, hija de Pablo Hurtado Ramírez y Luz María Casillas, en Ocotlán, Jalisco. Casados por más de 30 años, Ady y su esposo, Rafael, criaron a su hijo, Amadeus López en Fort Wayne, IN.

Gracias a su energía magnética y su carisma, Adriana no conocía a extraños; haciendose amigos con todos que conocía. Vivía para sus seres queridos: siempre organizando fiestas y celebraciones. Con ellla, cada ocasión era una celebración, ya fuera grande o pequeña. Disfrutaba de ir de compras —ya fuera para el hogar o para enriquecer su elegante guardarropa—igual le gustaba cocinar y organizar comidas y reuniones familiares. Amante del buen estilo, siempre vestía para impresionar. A pesar de sus problemas de salud, la abnegación y la compasión de Ady nunca menguaron; se convirtió en la mayor defensora de sus seres queridos, manteniéndose siempre firme y presente, brindando aliento incluso en los momentos más oscuros.

Aunque su pérdida deja un vacío inmenso en nuestros corazones, estamos agradecidos por el tiempo que Dios nos permitió compartir con ella. Su luz, alegría, y amor incondicional vivirá en cada uno de nosotros. La extrañaremos profundamente, pero su recuerdo vivirá eternamente en nuestros corazones.

Ady—Hoy celebramos tu vida, como esposa, madre, hermana y sobretodo como ser humano, admiramos profundamente la madre tan increíble que eres. Tu hijo es tu mejor reflejo.

Le sobreviven su esposo, Rafael Lopez, su hijo, Amadeus Lopez, su padre: Pablo Hurtado R., sus hermanos: Pablo Hurtado, Jaime [Jimmy] S. Hurtado, Erika Eunice Hurtado, sus sobrinos: Tiffany (Julio), Cassey (Andrew), Pablo [Niquie] III, Iseah, Shiloh, Armani, Amissaddai, Jimmy, y muchos más en México, y sus cuñados y familias.

Le precedió en la muerte su mamá, Luz María Martínez Casillas, y su hermano, Omar Hurtado.

El velorio comenzará a las 10:00 a. m. del sábado 16 de mayo de 2026, seguido de la Misa de Resurrección Cristiana a las 11:00 a. m. en la Iglesia Católica de Santa Teresa, ubicada en 2304 Lower Huntington Road, Fort Wayne, IN. Los arreglos funerarios están a cargo de la Funeraria D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park, ubicada en 1140 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne, IN.

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Ady, Luz Adriana Lopez, on May 4, 2026.

She was born August 7, 1971, to Pablo Hurtado Ramirez and Luz Maria Casillas in Ocotlán, Jalisco. Married for over 30 years to Rafael Lopez, they raised their son, Amadeus Lopez in Fort Wayne, IN.

With her magnetic energy and charisma, Adriana knew no strangers, making friends everywhere she went. She lived for her loved ones, planning and hosting parties for friends and family alike, and making a celebration of every occasion, large or small. She enjoyed shopping, whether for her home or to add to her stylish wardrobe, as well as cooking, and hosting get togethers. One for style, she was always dressed to impress. Despite her health issues, Adriana’s selflessness and compassion were never in short supply, serving as her loved ones greatest champion, never unwavering, always present, uplifting even in the darkest of times.

Though her loss leaves a gaping hole in our hearts, we are grateful for the time God allowed us to have with her. Her light, joy, and unconditional love will live on in all who knew and loved her, and her memory will live eternally in our hearts.

Ady, today we celebrate your life—as a wife, mother, sister, and, above all, as a human being. We deeply admire the incredible mother you were, and your son is your greatest reflection.

She is survived by her husband, Rafael Lopez, her son, Amadeus Lopez, her father, Pablo Hurtado R., her siblings: Pablo Hurtado, Jaime [Jimmy] Hurtado, Erika Eunice Hurtado, her nieces and nephews: Tiffany (Julio), Cassey (Andrew), Pablo [Niquie] III, Iseah, Shiloh, Armani, Amissaddai, Jimmy, among many more in Mexico, and her in-laws and their families.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Luz Maria Martinez Casillas and her brother Omar Hurtado.

Visitation will be at 10:00 am Saturday, May 16, 2026, with a Mass of Christian Resurrection at 11:00 am. at St. Therese Catholic Church 2304 Lower Huntington Road, Fort Wayne IN. Arrangements by D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave. Fort Wayne, IN.
