Mandy Elaine Lichtsinn

Mandy Elaine Lichtsinn was born on December 13, 1981, in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Brian D. Lichtsinn and the late Geneva Stokes. She passed from this life at home with family at her side on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at the age of 43.

She was a graduate of South Side High School Class of 2000 and was a student of Nursing at University of St. Francis.

Mandy, as she was known by many, loved spending time with her children and her numerous brothers and sisters. She loved sports, especially the Cubs, Blackhawks, and Ohio State Football. She was an avid lover of all animals and enjoyed going to sports games and car shows with Brian, her partner in snacks.

Precious memories of Mandy will always be cherished and she will live on in the hearts of her children, Jordyn Baker and Skylare Janeway; her father, Brian D. Lichtsinn; partner, Brian Vincent; sisters, Jessica Ferguson, Maddy (Noah) Yzaguirre, Geraldine Westmorland, Trinity Ferguson and Melissa Barile; brothers, Brandon Lichtsinn, Christian (Elizabeth) Lichtsinn and Christopher Lichtsinn; and other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service is 1:00 PM on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at the D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes - Lakeside Park, 1140 Lake Avenue (46805) with visitation one hour prior to service.
