Marcia A. Patterson

Marcia A. Patterson, 76, died August 30, 2012, at Lutheran Hospital. She was born in Toledo, Ohio, and lived most of her life in Ft Wayne. She was a very talented water color artist and was retired from North American Van Lines. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, the Church Altar Guild, Stephen Ministry, Ft. Wayne Artist Guild, Ft. Wayne Art League, and Ft. Wayne Artlink. Beloved mother of: Paul (Karen) Patterson of Columbus, Ohio; Michele (Joe) Ness of St Louis, Missouri; Amy (Mike Stolla) of Smartville, California; Megan (Jeff) Weaver of Ft. Wayne; Jennifer (Mike Woodruff) of Ft Wayne. She is survived also by grandchildren: Audrey Woodruff, Lauren and Adam Ness, and Sydney and Zoe Weaver, and her brother Michael Majewski of Dublin, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore Patterson; brother, Robert Majewski; and sister Jo Knox. Funeral Services will be held at Trinity Episcopal Church, 611 W. Berry St., on Tuesday, September 4, 2012, at 11 A.M.. Friends may call Monday 4 P.M. – 7 P.M. at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton, Winchester Rd. Chapel, and one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday. Preferred Memorials may be made to the Spiritual Wreath Fund at Trinity Episcopal Church or the Ft. Wayne Artist Guild.
