Margaret Ann Baier Stephens, 78, of Roanoke, IN, died July 25, 2026, after a brief illness. She was born on July 25, 1948, to the late Arthur and Virginia Yeagley Baier. An active member of Fort Wayne Turners, Margaret enjoyed camping at Indiana state parks and was an avid bowler for many years. She is survived by her husband, William D. Stephens of Roanoke; her children Julie (Patrick) Wade Johnston of LaGrange, Becky (Grant) Wade Lawrence of Fort Wayne, Dan (Aimee) Stephens of Sellersberg, and Katey (Joey) Stephens Till of Wabash; siblings Jan Shonk and John Baier of Alliance, OH, Donald (Liz) Baier and Robert (Chyrel) Baier of Mount Vernon, Barbara Pharr of Frisco, TX, and David (Lora) Baier of Duvall, WA; 12 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandson. She was preceded in death by her brothers Harold, William, and Kevin Baier. A celebration of life will be from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm on August 16, 2026, at Fort Wayne Turners.
