Mary Ellen Mangol, 70, of Fort Wayne, passed away, Friday, January 1, 2016. She was born on January 9, 1945 in Adrian, Michigan to the late Harold and Helen (Zelei) Fruth. She worked as a city bus driver. She enjoyed gardening, improving her home, cooking, her standard poodles, and exotic birds. She will be remembered for her very spunky and generous attitude. Surviving family include her daughters, Polly Long and Catherine Osting; grandchildren, Jackee Eisele, Cortlynn Grant, Ashton and Colton Long, Broc Osting, Devin Stump; and brother, Gene Fruth of Pilot Point, TX. Besides her parents, she was preceded in passing by her daughter, Helen Jo Osting. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Frosty and Friends Exotic Bird Rescue, Inc., 9531 North 200 West, N.
