Mary Lou Wise, 67 of Fort Wayne passed away Saturday, October 30, 2010 at her residence. She was born August 14, 1943 in Tennessee to the late James and Maggie (Linger) Bryant. Mrs. Wise was a homemaker and attended Calvary Chapel Church. She enjoyed needle point and working outside in her flower beds. Surviving are her daughters, Charlotte (Dan) Sery and Maggie Wise both of Fort Wayne; siblings, Dal Bryant of Monroe, MI; Bonnie Leamon of New Haven; Buford Bryant of Somerset, KY; Joy Nevilles of Fort Wayne; James Bryant of Fort Wayne; Hubert Bryant of Ossian; grandchildren, Temujin Sery, Cassandra and Tanner Wise. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews, including Patricia Burns, who Marylou considered her special angel. In addition to her parents, her husband, John A. Wise preceded her in death in 1997. Services are at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, IN with two hours of calling prior to services. Burial will be at Prairie Grove Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home.
