Meagan Michelle Ballard, 29, passed away Friday, September 20, 2019 in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born in Fort Wayne to Duane and Julia Klug. Meagan married James Matthew Ballard on December 4, 2010 and he survives. She enjoyed riding and loved her motorcycle. Above all else, Meagan loved spending time with her children and would do anything for them. Surviving are her children, Rebecca, Jericho, and Annabelle; sisters, Amber Klug, Kimberly Klug, and Ruth (Dakota) Williams; grandmother, Wanda Smith; mother-in-law, Patricia Ballard; brother-in-law, Dwayne A. Ballard; five nieces and nephews; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Meagan was also preceded in death by her grandmother, Wanda L. Lawson; grandfathers, Ray Lawson, Martin Klug, and Berton Smith; and cousins, Rebecca Klug and Christopher Hatch. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Funeral service is Saturday, September 28, 2019 at 7:00 pm with visitation beginning at 4:00 pm until the time of service at D.O. McComb and Sons Funeral Home Lakeside Park (1140 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805).
