MILDRED E. STRATER, 85, of Fort Wayne, died Sunday, Sept. 26, 2010, 10:10 a.m., at Parkview Hospital. Born July 15, 1925, in Spencer, Ind., she was the daughter of the late Sylvester Meagher and Sarah Catherine (Hutsell). Surviving are her daughter, Judy Sheets; son, David Strater; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Keith Strater; brother, Walter; sister, Ruth; and granddaughter, Renae. Funeral service is 6 p.m. Wednesday at C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 N.
