Nancy graduated from Leo High School in 1953 and spent most of her working years in banking. She was employed by Lincoln National Bank in the human resources department and worked in various positions at First Merchants/IAB/Grabill Bank.
Nancy enjoyed road trips to Cedar Point with her grandchildren, going to Broadway musicals and listening to country music. Her true passion was spending time with her family.
Nancy was a longtime and faithful member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church.
Nancy was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Edwin E. Bicknese; her son, Christian Bicknese; and her sister Carole Nadean Kruckeberg.
She will be remembered by her daughters, Lori Losher and Lisa Bicknese; and will be greatly missed by her grandchildren, Timothy Losher, Daniel Losher, Lindsay Losher, Zachary (Jessica) Bicknese and Brian Bicknese; great-grandchildren, Lola Bicknese, London Bicknese and Madelyn Losher. Nancy is also survived by her brothers, Alan (Ruth) Linnemeier, Roger (Linda) Linnemeier, Jim (Sharon) Linnemeier and David (Nadine) Linnemeier; and her faithful companion and caregiver, Mr. Bruce, her cat.
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm Wednesday, September 24,2025 at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 12640 St Joe Road Grabill IN.
Funeral services will be 10:00 am Thursday, September 25, 2025, at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, with visitation one hour prior. Burial will be at Lindenwood Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Prince of Peace Lutheran Church or Erin’s House.
