Nancy "Nana" L. King, 74, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, November 27, 2021, at Parkview Regional Medical Center. She is survived by her brother, Alan Gillis of Santa Clarita, CA; her daughters, Elaine Hastings and Linda (Eric) Schoenborn of Fort Wayne; stepson, Walter King of Long Beach, CA; grandchildren James Silotto of Universal, IN; Michael (Mauresa) Hastings of Paulding, OH; Kevin (Melissa) Hastings of Fort Wayne; and nine great-grandchildren. Nancy has been cruising since 2006, particularly enjoying Jamaica, Bahamas, St. Marten, Panama, Alaska, and St. Thomas. She even witnessed a glacier falling into the water and saw a whale! Nancy worked for Global Van Lines for 27 years, and then Sirva for 14 years until she retired in 2014. Nancy's great-grandchildren brought her the greatest joy; they were very spoiled! A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2021, at 2:30 p.m. with visitation one hour prior at Grace Point Church of the Nazarene, 8611 Mayhew Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46835.
