Nancy Kay Moore, 82 passed away Saturday September 18, 2021 at Ashton Creek Health and Rehabilitation of Fort Wayne, IN. She was born October 3, 1938 in Fort Wayne, IN to the late James Washington and Margaret Della Badders. Nancy attended Central Catholic High School. She was a Lab Technician at Parkview Hospital for 20 years. Nancy was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bluffon, IN. She is survived by her children, Michael J. (Evelyn) Moore of Fort Wayne, IN; Kelli M Moore of Gilbert, AZ; Tanya T. Miesner of Fort Wayne, IN; Dr. Guy Moore of Leesburg, IN; Tara R. Moore of Bluffton, IN; eleven grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, siblings, Ginger (William) Perrguey of Fishers, IN; and Thomas Badders of Huntertown, IN. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Larry and sister in law Nancy Badders. Funeral services will be 2PM Saturday October 2, 2021 at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home 1140 Lake Ave Fort Wayne, IN with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also Friday October 1, 2021 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
