I was sorry to hear of Nancy's death as I am just now finding out. My condolences to Jim and his family. I met Nancy through a mutual friend and we used to have breakfast together at Hall's from time to time. Our girls all went to South Side High School and have found memories of working with Nancy on PTA projects. She was a very talented artist and a fun friend. My condolences to the family.

Jim- I'm so sad to hear about Nancy. I know you enjoyed many happy years together. It was a little over a year ago that I was in the same place in which you find yourself today. I'm definitely sharing in your grief during this time. May the love of family and friends comfort and strengthen you in the days ahead.

What a talented and generous lady! We would have so much fun with Nancy and Jim at CASA. We laughed a lot and cheered often! We were the recipients of her grandchildren's toys, puzzles, books and furniture and will continue to think of her often when playing with our grandchildren. Rest in peace dear friend.

We had only been in the neighborhood a short time but was made to feel welcome by our neighbors, including Nancy and Jim Stirn. Over the next 4.5 years many a story and laughter were shared with them especially this last year social distancing on the Smiths driveway. Nancy will be missed amongst all the JPCA friends and neighbors. GOD Bless Jim and their family during their time of grieving.
