Nicole Carolyn Lange 41 of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed from this life on December 29, 2025, at home.
“Nikki” as she was known to many and as “Cole” in childhood was born December 28, 1984, to Leslie and Paula (née Minick) Lange.
She was a graduate Bishop Luers High School Class of 2003 and of Ivy Tech - School of Practical Nursing. Nikki worked as an LPN at Parkview Regional Medical Center (GI) and Kingston Manor.
She loved fishing, boating and playing with her children, and was an avid Ohio State Football fan, and loved animals of all kinds.
Surviving are her fiancé, Eliseo Gonzalez; children, Isiah Gonzalez, Sofia Gonzalez, Cruz Gonzalez, Roman Gonzalez; parents, Les & Paula Lange of Henderson, Kentucky; a sister, Andrea Maggart (Lucas); nieces, Brooklyn & Sloan and grandmother, Margie Lange of Napoleon, Ohio; other relatives and friends.
Nicole was preceded in death by her paternal-grandfather, Paul Lange; maternal grandmother, Florence Minick; maternal grandfather, Ralph Minick.
Funeral Services are 1:00 PM Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes – Lakeside Park, 1140 Lake Ave. (46805) with visitation 11:00 am - 1:00 pm prior at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Catholic Cemetery.
