Noreen Banks, 76, of Fort Wayne, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 5, 2026 at her home on the 58th anniversary to her loving husband. Born on July 21,1949, she was the daughter of the late Charles Jellison and Evelyn Wineland. Noreen loved fishing, camping, bowling, dancing, and her beloved dog, Tosha. She also loved spending time with all of her family.
Surviving are her sons, Jeff (Kim) Banks, Michael (Jennifer) Banks, and Gary (Heather) Tipsord; grandchildren, John Jokoty lll, Jesse Jokoty, Stephen Banks, Zachary Banks, Alex (Fanta) Banks, Breanna (Matthew) McGregor, Taylor (Juan) Banks, Kaylee (Skyler) Banks, Ryleigh Banks, Olivia Banks, Chase Banks, and Alexis Sutherland; 19 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many more family members.
Noreen was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Jeffery Allen Banks; brothers, Ed and Don; and great-granddaughter, Grace Michelle. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. She will be greatly missed by all!
