Norma J. Batchelder

Norma was a member of Suburban Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Fort Wayne, and worked for Peter Ekrich, and Sam’s Club, she loved to travel, and host friends and family, at the lake. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Norma is survived by her; children, Diann (Thomas) Everitt, Gerald M. (Karen) Jeffery; step-children, Debra Ann (Ronnie) Williamson, Rebecca A. (Dave) Hohenstein, Sherry S. (Ed) Benevrich, Danny J. (Lisa) Batchelder, and Rita R. (Bill) Dunten; as well as 16 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jerome R. “Jerry” Batchelder, in 2021; son, Daniel M. Baliles; sister, Helen McGuire; and four grandsons.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00pm on Monday, December 20, 2021, at Suburban Bethlehem Lutheran Church (6318 West California Road, Fort Wayne), with calling beginning at 11:00am, until time of service. Burial will take place in Highland Park Cemetery, Fort Wayne. Arrangements have been entrusted to D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road, Fort Wayne.
