Norma Donna Jean Lee, 90, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Saturday, June 7, 2025. She was born February 14, 1935, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Donna worked as a Registered Nurse, having worked for Lutheran Hospital, Dr. Ernest Anderson, and as a County Health Nurse in Allen County. She is survived by her son, Timothy (Mary) Lee; grandchildren, Stanton Lee and Roderick Lee; and brother, Michael Stutz. She was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Lee; and siblings, Marlene Oetting, Kenneth Stutz, Jr., and David Stutz. Visitation for Donna will be held Monday, June 16, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46809, followed by funeral services at 1:00 pm.
