

Norma (Capatina) Miller, 85, passed to her heavenly family on Wednesday, January 13, 2016. She was a member of the Chamber of Commerce, American Legion Post 296, and she was a local artist. Her heart was always on the light and love of God, loving people, children, animals, and all of God’s creations. Surviving are sons, Jack (Sandy) Burns, Kurt (Roxanne) Burns; daughter, Linda (Max) Elliott; step-daughter, Susan (Fred) Pasquale; daughter-in-law, Loretta Burns; 13 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Garth B. Miller who was a pilot and a President/Owner of his own business, a son John (Tom) Burns, and a first husband, Robert E. Burns. A celebration of life will be held at First Wayne Street United Methodist Church from 1 – 3, on Saturday, January 23, 2016 with a service to follow. She will be laid to rest at Greenlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Parkview Home Health and Hospice or First Wayne Street United Methodist Church.
