Norman Ray Binkley

Born Feb. 2, 1938, in Gary, Ind., he was a son of the late Charles Binkley and Natalie (Costo) Binkley. He was the Human Resource Director for Fort Wayne Wire Die for 30+ years.

Surviving are two daughters, Susan (Brett) Windsor of Louisburg, N.C. and Karen (Jack) Waters of Leo, Ind.; granddaughter, McKenna Waters; and siblings, Carol Haufe, David, Edward and Joseph Binkley, and Janet Jarka, All of the Chicago area. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn J. Binkley; and brother, Michael Binkley.

Funeral service is 11 a.m. Thursday, May 19, 2016, at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home, Wayne Street Chapel, 420 W. Wayne St., with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 18, 2016, at the funeral home. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery. Preferred memorials to the American Heart Association .
