Owen D. Winters, 95, of Fort Wayne passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2018. He was born on April 9, 1923 in Kokomo, Indiana, a son of the late Frank and Dora (Wilson) Winters. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He worked for 60+ years as an electrician, many of those at Central Electric. Surviving family include his wife, Judith Winters; children, Angela (Tyler) Gilmore Winters, Lloyd Winters, Vickie (Dever) Druesedaw, Deborah (Roger) Rice; and numerous grand and great grandchildren. Besides his parents, he was preceded in passing by his brother, Robert Winters. Per Owen’s requests, no services will be held at this time.
