PAMELA K. FOREMAN, 62, of Fort Wayne, died on Sunday, Oct. 6, 2013, 12:17 a.m, at Parkview Regional Medical Center. Born Feb. 19, 1951, in Fort Wayne, she was a daughter of the late Bonnie Ruth (Keever) and Joseph M. Blair. She was a homemaker and enjoyed Bingo, puzzle books and family reunions. Surviving are her husband, Dennis Foreman; and brothers, Joseph Blair and Steven (Cindy) Blair. Funeral service is 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, 2013, at C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 N. Wells St., with calling one hour prior. Pastor Smith officiating. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery.
