Pam was born on September 26, 1954 to Raymond and Joan Myers in Ft. Wayne, IN. While attending Snider High School, she met the love of her life Joey “Joe” McElroy and wed in 1972. Among Pam's most significant accomplishments was raising her three children and being a grandmother. She was the pillar of the family.
While raising her children, she worked 21 years at Supermarket Services. Pam loved nature and animals and you could find her working in the yard, tending her flowers, or walking a nature preserve.
Pam was predeceased by her parents, sister Patricia Myers and grandson Oliver McElroy.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years; daughter Leann (Larry) Ciupik of Ft. Wayne; sons Nathan (Shannon) of Ft. Wayne and Justin (Doris) of Fairview, TN; grandchildren Austin, Faithe (David), Haley, Kinzie, LilyAnn, Xander, Georgette and three great grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters Cheryl Janeway and Chris Woodard both of Ft. Wayne.
Pam's loss is deeply felt by her family and all those who knew and loved her. Her memory will continue to live on.
A private memorial service will be held in the coming days. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Fort Wayne Rescue Mission or Humane Fort Wayne.
