Patricia C Brown Melton

Patricia C. Brown Melton, 82, of Albion, died Saturday April 25, 2015 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. She was born January 17, 1933 in Fort Wayne. Patricia was a bus driver for Fort Wayne Community Schools for 26 years and after retirement, she had worked at R & B Car Company for six years. She was a member of American Legion Post 157 Churubusco, and VFW 4717 Wolf Lake. She is survived by her husband, Leon Melton of Albion; sons, Daniel R. (Joyce) Rupert of Fort Wayne, George J. (Lisa) Lee of South Whitley and Jeffrey K. Lee of Huntertown. Daughter, Susan J. (Gary) Tackett of Albion; sisters, Sharon K. Clayman of Coldwater, M, and Rita DibbleI; 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; She was preceded in death by her father, Karl F. Macke; mother, Kathleen L. Dibble; son, Jerry Rupert in 1983; and a daughter, Debbie Rupert in 1952. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 4-8 pm at Pinnington-McComb Funeral & Cremation Services 502 N. Main Street, Auburn. A graveside funeral service will be held 2pm Thursday at Greenlawn Memorial Park 6600 Covington Road, Fort Wayne. Memorials may be made to the choice of the donor.
