Patricia A. "Pat" Minick

Patricia A. "Pat" Minick, 76, of Silver Lake, Indiana, passed away peacefully on November 8, 2025. She was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, on March 24, 1949, a daughter of the late Donald and Mary Mills. Pat graduated from Central Catholic High School, Fort Wayne in the class of 1968. During her career, she worked at Parkview Hospital, where she served in several roles including patient transport and the cafeteria—always greeting others with a smile and offering a helping hand. She attended South Pleasant Church, North Manchester, Indiana. In her free time, Pat enjoyed sewing, going for walks, working on puzzles, and especially spending time with her family. Patricia and her husband of 41 years, Joseph, built a loving home and family together in Monroeville, Indiana, where they lived for most of their lives before moving to the lake. She is survived by her devoted husband, Joe; sons, Chris (Kristen) and Ben; step-children, Joey (Kelly) and Clifford; grandchildren, Ethan, Brantley, Aubree, Landon, Emerson, Kenny, Brandon, and Trevor; great-grandchildren, Noah, Dexter, and Issac; and her sister, Cynthia (George Gibson) Thornton. Besides her parents, she was preceded in passing by her sister, Linda Dyarman. A graveside service will be 2:00 pm on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 6600 Covington Road, Fort Wayne.
