Patricia Ann Parisot, 75, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Friday, April 15, 2022 at her home. Born August 20, 1946 in Fort Wayne, she was a daughter of the late Melvin and Ruth (Creigh) Recht. A graduate of Central Catholic High School, she was a wonderful homemaker and a loving and caring wife, mother, and grandmother. She married the love of her life, Russell Parisot, on May 14, 1966. She loved cooking and baking, especially making cookies for her grandchildren. She also enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, coloring intricate pictures, reading, and flowers. She had a big heart and was loved by all; she will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her husband of nearly 56 years, Russell Parisot of Fort Wayne; daughters, Michele (Shawn) Van Pelt of Fort Wayne and Susan (Gary) Weimer of Fort Wayne; two grandchildren, Russell Van Pelt and Christopher Van Pelt, both of Fort Wayne; brother, John (Kathy) Recht of Fort Wayne; and sister, Mary (David) Woods of Garrett, Ind. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Daniel “Danny” Recht; and three infant sons, Christopher, Richard, and Joseph Parisot. Per Patricia’s wishes, there are no services.
