Patricia Scheiber

Patricia Scheiber, 84, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Friday, October 29, 2021, at Golden Years Nursing Home in Fort Wayne. She was born to the late Gaylord and Violet (Steinbacher) Osmun on August 10, 1937 in Fort Wayne.

Patricia married Ronald Scheiber on January 5, 1957 in Fort Wayne. He preceded her in death in October of 2015. In 1998, at age 60, she proudly completed her GED. Patricia was a homemaker, and greatly loved caring for her family. She was a beloved mother, sister, grandma, and aunt. She loved to read, square dance, walk, and garden. She is survived by her children, Bonnie (Steven) Szink, Connie (Roger) Douthat, Ronald (Cindy) Scheiber II, Holly (Scott) Gohring, and Missy Mante; 9 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Linda Barker. Also preceding her in death was a son, William Scheiber; and a brother, Lester Osmun.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, November 6, 2021, at at C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home (1327 North Wells Street, Fort Wayne), with calling one hour prior to the service. Calling will also take place from 2:00 to 4:00pm and 6:00 to 8:00pm on Friday, November 5, 2021. Burial will be in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
