Patricia Jo Stephens, 56, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at Parkview Hospital Randallia. Born October 10, 1964 in Elkhart, Ind., she was a daughter of the late Roy and Mary (Plemons) Hensley. In Patricia’s younger years, she was a janitor at the YWCA for several years. She enjoyed watching movies, listening to music, reading books, writing poems and shopping. Surviving are her daughter, Brandy (Joe) Smith of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Andrea Armstrong and Haley Smith; brother, Michael (Linda) Hensley of Greenville, Tenn.; niece, Sherrie Hensley of Greeneville, Tenn.; and nephews, Mikey Hensley of Greeneville, Tenn.; and Danny and David Chester, both of Fort Wayne. She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Delores Dunning and Joy Howard; and brother, Stevie Hensley.
