PATRICIA MARY WARD, 80, of Fort Wayne, died on Sunday, Nov. 9, 2014, 8:20 p.m., at Saint Anne's Home. Born May 4, 1934, in Cleveland, Ohio, She was a daughter of the late Patrick Fergus and Margaret M. (Kerrigan). She worked in the healthcare industry as a RN and retired from the Indiana Nursing Board of Health. Surviving are her daughter, Maureen Ann Ward of Fort Wayne; sons, Mark (Terra) Patrick Ward of Fort Wayne, Matthew Robert Ward of Washington, D.C. and Michael (Jennifer) John Ward of Spokane, Wash.; sister, Eileen Endress of Detroit, Mich.; brother, Jimmy Fergus of Cleveland, Ohio; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Patrick J. Ward; and two brothers, Tommy and Billy Fergus. Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Jude Catholic Church, with calling from 9 to 11 a.m. Burial in Dayton National Cemetery.
