I will miss you Uncle Paul~thank you for all laughs and fond memories that I get to hold onto. I've been so grateful for my 2 sweet cousins~ I had fun growing up with Christine and so happy that we became very close. I will never forget the day you called me from the hospital so eager to tell me "It's a girl" since I was the only one who somehow knew all along it was a girl..I was so happy when you asked me 6 months later to babysit precious Michelle..Lots of great times. Appreciate you helping me pick out my 1st car and teaching me the importance of preventive maintance along with it. Our family was so blessed to have such a knowledgable mechanic who shared his talent, time and energy without asking much in return..if anything at all. ~Love, your niece, Sherry

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. Paul had too many heavy bags to carry in his life time. We hope and pray that he made his peace with God and those that only him and God know about. May his soul rest in peace and that his heart was made right with his creator. He will be missed but many, but some were left hurting and scared. Dad I couldn't have asked for a better father, mentor, and friend. It is difficlut to lose you as I can never replace a parent, but I know that you are perfect again in spirit. I am going to miss all the talks we had about life and things of God. I am so happy to hear you were baptized in Jesus name and filled with the Holy Ghost. Now we can celebrate that you are at home with Jesus in heaven. I appreciate the times you fixed our cars and you showed Doug how to do work on cars. I am praying for your family. I'll always remember the times we got to play guitar together. When we went to some of the guitar stores in Fort Wayne. And, of course the Thanksgiving dinners and the Festival of lights in Fort Wayne. We will miss you Paul.

To my brother Paul, I have memories of the good times we had together,that we will never forget. I cherished all the times we would load up the van the night before thanksgiving with suitcases and pumpkin pies and head off to Fort Wayne to see you, and you had worked so hard to make sure everything was special for our family for thanksgiving, Thank you!!! I am sorry about the loss of your brother Dad. I know he meant a lot to you even though he lived very far from us. We were able to spend time with him not knowing his time would end so quickly. Dear Jim,

We are sorry for the loss of your brother.

It is difficult to understand the questions life brings and often we don't know the answers.  Though your heart aches and your spirits are low, I promise God will heal you and give you and your family members peace. May the love of God surround you during this time of sorrow. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

I miss you Uncle Paul and will never forget the memories I have had as your nephew. I am very sorry about the loss, and I will be praying for everyone in the family. Remember to always put your hope and faith in God that He will guide you and keep you from falling into the sins of the world. Our lives are but a vapor, it's up to us how we spend our lives. Are we going to throw in the towel and fall into compromise; are we going to give up on God just because everything is against us? Please keep this in mind "...all things work together for good to them that love God,..." Again I will keep you all in my prayers as I have for many years. I love you all very much and God bless everyone.

My deepest condolences to my wonderful husband Jim, his sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews,Paul's daughters)etc. for the passing of their love one Paul Chase. My last memory of Paul will be our visit to him in August,2012. The time we spent with him and Michelle when we took them to the Zoo at Paul's request. He then asked to go to a Dairy Queen and enjoyed a double scoop of ice cream on a cone. Inspite of his last days of life he enjoyed himself very much while our son wheeled him around the Zoo. Glad we had the opportunity to visit him for the last time. Paul was very happy to see his brother Jim and they had a great time as brothers remembering lots of good old times as children. He is missed and my prayers will continue for the family.  "The Lord is our strenght" may the Lord bless each one of you that are hurting and give you comfort through this hard time. I love you all

The years went fast that I knew you. You were a good mechanic. Our fun times were when we were kids, we climbed trees, hunted for birds, did alot of exploring in the woods during all four seasons, walked to school together, set up tents, camped in the back yard, stayed up all night eating candy and pushing me in the red wagon thru the neighborhood. I miss you Paul.
