Paul "PC" Cummins, 75, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2024. Born March 14, 1949, in Bluffton, Indiana to Hugh and Lena Mildred (Dafforn) Cummins.
PC grew up in Waynedale with one sister, Mary (Cummins) Kruse, spent most of his adult life in the area and remained close with many childhood friends.
He married the love of his life, Patricia Gayle (Shaffer) on July 9, 1966 and because he loved her so much, again on July 9, 1995. Together they had two daughters, Paula Ann (Mark) Poirier and Penny Jo (David) Egly.
PC made many memories riding his motorcycle, teaching his grandchildren dirty words, and through his extensive conversation and sign language skills.
He is survived by his dedicated wife, Pat; two daughters and their spouses; nine loving grandchildren; 18 adored great grandchildren; one sister; and a number of close cousins.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak 6810 Old Trail Road Fort Wayne, Indiana 46809, with the service beginning at 3:00 pm.
A final toast to be enjoyed at the Hook & Ladder upon conclusion of service.
