Rev. Dr. Paul E. Steele, 85 passed away Monday December 10, 2018 at the Heritage Pointe of Fort Wayne. He was born in South Bend, Indiana to the late Floyd and Bertha Steele. He was a Pastor with the United Methodist Church for 39 years, serving various towns in northern Indiana, including Bethany United Methodist Church of Fort Wayne, and retiring in 1995. He is survived by his daughter Jennifer (Rob) Guebard of Fort Wayne, IN; brothers Phillip (Marianna) Steele, Robert (Diann) Steele; half-brother Conrad Keller; grandchildren Joanna Guebard, Katy Guebard, Libby Guebard, Paul Steele, and a daughter in law Susan Steele. Paul was preceded in death by his wife Diana M. Steele, son Richard Steele and a sister Martha Dewey. Funeral service will be 10 am December 15, 2018 at Saint Joseph United Methodist Church, 6004 Reed Road, Fort Wayne, IN with calling one hour prior.
