

PAULINE V. MEDRANO, 81, of Fort Wayne, died on Wednesday, March 13, 2013. Born Feb. 3, 1932, in Decatur, she was a daughter of the late Anisceto (Mercedes) Villago mez. She lived in Los Angeles, Calif., then moved back to Fort Wayne. "She was a loving daughter, mother, sister, aunt, and grandmother." Surviving are her eight children by Antonio Espinoza: daughters, Gloria Reyes, Rachel (Rudy) Rosales, Mary Espinoza, Veronica Berkey, and Cynthia (Craig) Mohas and sons, Fernando (Ella) Espinoza, Reynaldo (Lynn) Espinoza. Also surviving are her brothers, Jerry and Roy; sisters, Alice, Shirley, Isabelle, and Rosemarie; 25 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arturo Medrano; and daughter, Olivia Espinoza. Mass of Christian Burial is 10 a.m. Monday, March 18, 2013, at Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception Church, 1122 South Clinton St., with calling one hour prior. Calling also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, March 17, 2013, at C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 N. Wells St., with Rosary recited at 7 p.m. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery.
