Peggy Ann Vinson, 80, passed away peacefully on Saturday September 21, 2019. She was born February 9, 1939 to Howard and Mae Williams (Wabash, IN). Peggy married the love of her life Robert Vinson in 1959, he passed away in 2008. Peggy and Robert had two daughters Kim Voirol and Lori Vachon. Peggy enjoyed feeding her ducks, traveling with her husband, playing cards, reading and spending time with her Grand-kids and Great Grand-kids. She loved decorating her house for every holiday and always looked forward to it. She often spoke of how beautiful her great grandchildren are and how much joy they brought to her. She graduated from St. Francis University with a Master’s Degree in Nursing and Psychology and worked as an RN for over 40 years at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She is survived by her daughters Kim Voirol and Lori Vachon; Grandchildren Amanda (Nate) Hill, Jenny (Sean) Agler, Jessie (Gary) Bassett and Matt (Sarah) Voirol; Great-grandchildren Lily Hill, Emily Agler, Laney Hill, Spencer Bassett, Jacob Agler and Madelyn Voirol. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert Vinson and her parents Howard and Mae Williams. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 from 5-7pm at Greenlawn Memorial Park Funeral Home, 6600 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46804. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at 11am with calling on hour prior from 10am-11am at Greenlawn Memorial Park Funeral Home, 6600 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46804. Burial will take place at Greenlawn Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Greenlawn Memorial Park Funeral Home of Fort Wayne.
