Along with her parents, she is survived by her siblings, Kennedy Staley, Violet Forsythe, and Sullivan Forsythe; grandparents, Robert "Bob" Sito, Neal Forsythe, and Claudia Forsythe; and aunts, Stephanie Sito and Katy (Garrett) Segraves. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Marti Sunderman.
Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (1502 E Wallen Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46825) at 11:00 am. Visitation will be on Monday, September 30, 2019 at D.O. McComb and Sons Funeral Home Pine Valley (1320 E Dupont Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46825) from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm starting with a rosary service at 3:30 pm.
