Phyllis Ann Fisher, 86, of New Haven and formerly of Fort Wayne, IN, and Fort Myers, FL, went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 20, 2018 surrounded by her family. Born on October 3, 1931 in Fort Wayne, she was the second daughter of the late Kenneth and Virgil (Wright) Seibert. Phyllis was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She enjoyed square dancing with her husband, spending time at the beach, and making cherished memories with her family. She was employed by L. S. Ayres for over 20 years until her retirement. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Donald E. Fisher of New Haven; her daughters, Denise (Edward) Kneller of Illinois and Dawn (Robert) Murbach of Spencerville; five grandchildren: Andrew (Anne) Kneller, Jessica (Sam) Johnson, Artyom Murbach, Wilson Murbach, and Reagan Murbach; two great-grandchildren: Ephraim and Levi; and half-brother, Kenneth (Sandra) Seibert of Florida. She was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Moss; and brothers-in-law, Max Brown and Tony Moss. A memorial service will be at 3pm on Saturday, May 12, 2018 in the Chapel at Golden Years Homestead, 8300 Maysville Road, Fort Wayne, IN (in the Assisted Living building).
