PHYLLIS P. FRYBACK, 66, of Fort Wayne, died Friday, Sept. 9, 2011, 6:25 p.m., at Parkview Hospital. Born Feb. 27, 1945, in Distant, Pa., she was a daughter of the late Alma Elizabeth (En terline) and Eugene Paul Rearick.
Surviving are her husband, Donald Fryback of Fort Wayne; son, Rorerick Fett Sr.; daughters, Linda Fett and Tammy Jo Pabst; sons, William James Fett Sr. and Thomas Ray Fett Sr.; stepdaughters, Tina Amidon and Lisa Shirely; sister, Martha Kocks-Hamrick; 23 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and lifetime friend, Louise Ruby.
Service is noon Wednesday at C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 N. Wells St., with calling two hours prior. Pastor Joe Simpson officiating. Memorials to the family.
