Phyllis K. Minton Reinking

Phyllis K.Reinking, 69, of Ft Wayne, passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at her residence. She was born February 16, 1941 in Ft Wayne. She was a waitress at Hall's Hollywoood for 16 years and a housekeeping assistant manager at Days Inn for 10 years. She was a member of Emmaus Lutheran Church. Survivors include, daughter, Karla (Douglas) Hofherr, of Ft Wayne; son, Keith (Jennifer Tilbury) Reinking, of Ft Wayne; daughters, Rebecca (Mark) Hardesty and Sandra (David) Souder, both of Ft Wayne; daughter-in-law, Angela Reinking, of Ft Wayne; 15 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; brother, Ronald G. (Sharon) Minton, of Ft Wayne; sisters, Maxine (Berdette) Book and Judith Wheeler, both of Ft Wayne; several nieces and nephews and best friend, Richard H. Reinking. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Ruby Minton, son, Richard L. Reinking; sisters, Betty Nelson, Dorris Hettinger, Joann Hettinger and Rosemary Cordes; twin brother, Phillip R. Minton, brother, Donald J. Minton; great granddaughter, Alexis Nicole Starke-Bork and grandson, Justin M. Reinking. Funeral Service is 11:00am Monday, February 7, 2011 at Klaehn, Fahl and Melton, Winchester Rd. Chapel, 6424 Winchester Rd. with calling 1 hr prior to service. Visitation is 2-4 and 6-8pm Sunday at the funeral home. Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
