Rachel Magdelina Htoo, 25, passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at IU Health University Hospital in Indianapolis. Born in Tavoy, Burma, Rachel was a member of Fort Wayne Baptist Church. Rachel attended and graduate beauty college in 2016. She enjoyed singing and had a beautiful voice. She also enjoyed dancing. She was the youth leader at her church and was passionate about being involved. She is survived by her father, Bu Glay of Fort Wayne; her mother, Lay Mu; and her siblings, Thoo Lay, Wah Wah, Mea Nea Paw, Mea Nea Htoo, Mea Nea Wah, Mea Nea Say, and Eh Ko Lo. Service is 1:00 pm, Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Fort Wayne Baptist Church, 2323 Fairfield Avenue with calling from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm prior to the service. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery.
