RACHEL ANN TYLER, 27, of Fort Wayne, died on Sunday, April 7, 2013, at her residence. Born Sept. 29, 1985, in Fort Wayne, she was a daughter of David O. Tyler and Patricia R. (Dager) Tyler of Fort Wayne. Also surviving are her daughter, Jakya Tyler of Fort Wayne; sisters, Christina Taggmeyer and Gretchen Marie Dager, both of Fort Wayne; and brother, David G. Tyler of Fort Wayne. Service is 1:30 p.m. Friday at C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 N. Wells St., with calling one hour prior.
