Randall A.” Randy” Harris, age 72 passed away peacefully on July 9, 2024. He was born September 1, 1951 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana to John “Jack’ and Helen (Baker) Harris. He was a 1969 graduate of Southside High School. He worked at Rea Magnet Wire for more than 40 years. He spent many years camping on the lake and loved long boat rides with his wife and best friend. Randy loved his sports, both playing and watching them. It was common to find him enjoying a Chicago Cubs game, Bears football, Hoosier basketball or a Nascar race. He is survived by his loving wife, Karen, children Randall B. (Natalya) Harris, Robert Falk, Melissa (Craig) Otterson and six grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life is planned for July 27, 2024 from 2-5pm at 1110 N. Franklin Street, Garrett, IN 46738. In honor of Randy, please wear something that reminds you of him.
