Randall “Randy” Leonard Shaw, 73, passed away on Sunday, November 9, 2025. Born on November 10, 1951, in Kohler, Wisconsin, to Henry and Lorraine Shaw, Randy was beloved by so many. Randy attended the University of Wisconsin in pursuit of a career in legal services. He finished his schooling at Indiana University and spent many years as an attorney. On August 17, 1985, he would marry the love of his life, Norma (Best) Shaw. The two would go on to spend 40 cherished years together, building a loving family with their children. Randy and his family attended Most Precious Blood Catholic Church. For a time, Randy was their football coach for fifth and sixth graders.
Randy loved sports, especially football and golf. He also loved to travel. His favorite form of traveling was being able to explore and hike along many of the nation’s beautiful state parks. Above all else, Randy treasured his family, even Norma’s children who he proudly called his own.
Surviving Randy are his wife, Norma Shaw; children, Dean Bickel, Cynthia Bickel, Doug Bickel, and Tanya (Steven) Hall; siblings, Harry Shaw and Sherry Green; along with many beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and sons, Chris Bickel and Greg Bickel.
Memorial contributions may be made in Randy’s honor to the Cancer Society or Most Precious Blood Catholic Church. Randy will forever be missed, but his love will always be held dearly in the hearts of those who knew him.
